Due to an internal movement we have a rare opportunity for an individual with excellent knowledge of the property industry and market across Victoria to step into a senior management role within our Asset Services division. This role will take overall responsibility for a commercial portfolio, drive new business development and initiatives and manage the team based in Victoria. This role is pivotal to promoting effective asset management across the team and state. Dually reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Victoria and Business Line Leader for Asset Services, some of your key responsibilities will be:
* To plan, organise, direct and coordinate business plan objectives, projects, initiatives and requirements with other senior members of the Victorian Asset Services team.
* To manage and mentor team members to build a successful and influential team and actively coach and advise the wider team.
* Set and implement strategies to maximise performance and monitor those strategies against budget.
* Identify growth opportunities and targets for Victorian Asset Services and plans to maintain existing key client relationships.
* Initiate and implement marketing strategies to source new clients and develop CRM list of key clients and activities.
* Seek to secure "landmark" building management mandates for the business.
Demonstrable experience in a similar senior property management position with an ability to win new business, establish and maintain strong client relationships and implement policies and procedures are essential. You will be flexible in your approach with an ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, high attention to detail and logical/analytical thought processes. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to communicate at all levels to build effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and proven staff management experience.
