Job Title: Director, Commercial Sales

About the Opportunity
Successfully grow, motivate and manage the Asia Pacific Commercial Sales team. Develop and mentor the field and inside sales team to ensure customer growth, retention and target achievement. Manage your team’s forecast and pipeline to senior management and ensure all process, sales engagements and partner programs are appropriately governed. Lead and implement with the team best sales practices with the customer and prospects for new and existing business within the United States. Work directly with FireEye’s partners to transact all deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for your sales team.
Build and maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline.
Maximize short term revenue.
Manage and develop the sales operation to effectively sell FireEye solutions and products.
Coach, train and motivate the sales team to ensure the consistent achievement of sales objectives in line with best practice.
Drive and overachieve performance metrics and daily call time statistics.
Present regular accurate reports for management for forecasting and review.
Identify and resolve issues that impede the business relationship between FireEye and the customer or to ensure business continuity by resolving issues that impact the business.
Keep up to date with FireEye programs, campaigns, pricing strategies and company procedures.
Keep knowledge up to date of the Security market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of FireEye’s products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support.
Responsible for recruiting top talent within the inside sales function.
Develop relationships within the US Sales Channel.


Qualifications
Several years sales management experience preferably in security, deliverying commited revenue number in the mid-market/commercial market sector.
Proven experience of managing sales teams across Asia Pacific with knowledge of regional market dynamics
Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
Knowledge of the network security space is preferred as well as understanding the market issues and trends affecting business and use of IT.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clear, accurate and concise reporting.
