Job Description
Konica Minolta is seeking a reliable, customer service oriented person to fill the position of Service Programs Analyst based in the Head Office at Macquarie Park.
Reporting to the National Service Programs Manager, this role is responsible for providing first level support to all service personnel on issues relating to SAP systems and associated service systems as well as the provision of accurate service operational reporting. This role requires someone with an analytical mindset and a natural ability to think laterally, a strong SAP background and a keen interest in Business Improvement.
The successful applicant will:
- Analyse support requests, including the feedback from service personnel, identify root causes, recommend and scope potential efficiency improvement opportunities
- Provide accurate business intelligence and service reporting, in addition to evolving the service reporting suit to meet the needs of the business.
- Supply ad-hoc reports to give Service Management meaningful business performance insight
- Assist with system testing and the development of test scripts
- Develop user documentation and deliver training on all service systems
- Document and maintain service procedures and processes for KM Service Quality Management System
- Develop, publish and update Service cost planning tool for KM Dealers
Desired Skills & Experience
It is essential that applicants have an in-depth understanding of SAP, preferably CRM, and are competent at developing Business Intelligence reports. You must have superior communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff.
Those with an exposure to project management methodologies, and/or experience supporting mobile field applications will be highly regarded.
