Skills
To ensure your success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes
• Associates – ideally 1 to 5 years professional experience
• Senior Associate to Associate Directors – previous consulting experience, preferable within major professional services firms
• Highly developed analytical skills with a passion for solving complex business problems
• Experienced in the use of structured consulting approaches / frameworks
• Well-honed presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships
• Desire to join a smaller firm with a hands-on approach
