Provide Contact Centre solutions to the leading companies of Australia. With, by far, the most deployed Cisco Contact Centres in Australia, Touchbase's responsiblities to our clients means that Discovery through to Deployment and Optimisation must be at the highest level of experience and knowledge.

As a global business we are able to initially offer the role within Australia and then build a plan to travel to other Touchbase operating countries on success in role if desired. Our clients stretch around the World and we offer a 'One team' approach allowing you to truly be the Lead Contact Centre Expert of a global deployment team.
Skills

Cisco UCCE and CVP. Background in Genesys, Avaya or Nortel probably will help with succeeding in the role.

Lapsed accreditations are not an issue as we'll provide time and resource to re-cert if wanted.
